Please call/email ahead of time for a scheduled appointment. No walk-ins are allowed. Call 952-224-7052 or email familyservices@propshopep.org if you need clothing, household goods, or furniture. We will do our best to assist you.

Please bring these items with you each time you visit:

• Picture ID
• Proof of Residency in Eden Prairie or Chanhassen: (i.e., utility bill, mortgage or county statement, medical bill, a new lease, or a County Economic Assistance statement. All forms must be dated within the last 30 days with your name and address (in Eden Prairie or Chanhassen) on it.)

On your first visit, you will need to complete paperwork. Only one family may shop at a time, so please be patient. If you have questions, contact our Family Services Coordinators at familyservices@propshopep.org. You may also reach them at (952) 224-7052.
